TRAILER SAFETY – PROBLEM SOLVED

Trailerpal Limited is a safety product company, a collaboration between Hoistquip Limited (supplier of lifting solutions to industry) and their steelwork partner. Open trailer safety is a topical long standing problem and Trailerpal is the solution.

The Trailerpal primary concept criteria was to alleviate executive risk whilst allowing users to get on with the job unimpeded and safe.

Introducing the ‘Trailerpal Trailer Fall Arrest Safety System (patent pending)’. The idea is simple yet brilliant utilising the weight of the trailer and tractor unit to secure the system eliminating the need for heavy impractical weights, expensive vulnerable airbags and less affective netting alternatives. Once the drive over plates are in position and columns inserted, the pre-rigged – pre-slung system is ready to use. System can be erected in less than 15 minutes.

The user harness is connected to a fall arrest block which is in tern connected to a overhead line. The user is totally unrestricted. Should a fall arise the user is safely returned to ground level with the attached winch.

The optional King Pin Attachment will improve efficiency allowing the tractor unit to leave during the loading / unloading process.

The system is cost affective, portable and flexible. Trailerpal Limited offer fully certified training and after-sale repair, inspection and exchange programs.
